About Us
Our VISION

Seek and Serve the Lord
God is the ultimate through-line in our learning vision. We believe that all aspects of education find true context in the Creator. Our students will be confident in their faith and equipped to see God moving in the world and in their own lives.

Community
Rhema is a warm and caring community. We cultivate a sense of belonging and unity in a Christ-centred environment. Passionate teachers and staff, faithful volunteers, and dedicated parents come together to support and uplift our students.

Discipleship
We are committed to teaching the whole child, fostering social, emotional, and spiritual growth. Inspired by the example of Jesus, we encourage our students in their faith journey, nurturing empathy, respect, and responsibility.

Growth Mindset
Our students will be lifelong learners who understand the importance of effort, resilience, and determination. We promote a positive and proactive attitude that embraces challenge, values progress, and pushes potential.

Leadership
Rhema cultivates leadership skills and a heart for service in each of our students. By setting a Godly example and holding firm to Biblical values, our students will be prepared to influence their world for Christ with integrity, courage, and grace.

Excellence
Rhema maintains high academic, athletic, artistic, and relational standards. Good work is rewarding and meaningful in God’s Kingdom. Our students will take ownership of ambitious goals and strive towards them with drive and discipline.
The majority of our families are from a Christian background, but not all of them.
Many families without a strong personal faith appreciate the standard of education at Rhema and value the Christian principles their children witness and learn in a loving, family-oriented environment.
Please contact us to find out how affordable a Rhema education can be. The true cost may not be as much as you think, and there is assistance available that your family may qualify for.
Our BELIEFS
The Bible
We believe the Bible to be the Word of God and that the sixty-six books were inspired by the Spirit of God. We believe that the Bible is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice and is the only true basis of Christian unity.
God
We believe in one God: creator of all, holy, sovereign, existing in three equal Persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. This only true and living God has revealed Himself in the Bible, in Christ Jesus, and in His Creation.
Christ
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His existence with the Father, in His virgin birth, sinless life, bodily resurrection, substitutionary death, ascension, and personal bodily return; that He is Lord.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the deity of the Holy Spirit Who convinces of sin, of righteousness, and of judgement; Who regenerates, sanctifies, illuminates, comforts those who believe in Jesus Christ, and empowers His people individually and together to fulfill their gospel and cultural mandate.
Creation
We believe that the world, in its origin, gracious preservation and ultimate restoration, is the work of the Triune God. Since the glorification of His Name is its purpose, we can understand the world rightly only in its relation to Him.
Man
We believe that man was created in the image of God to enjoy covenantal (promised) fellowship with his Creator and to reflect in his person and work the excellencies of his Maker. He was instructed to exercise domain over the world in strict and loving obedience to God and to interpret all reality in accordance with His design and law.
Sin
We believe that sin is disobedience to God’s law. Man was tempted by Satan and yielded. By sinning, man forsook his office and task, estranged himself from God and his neighbour, and brought God’s curse upon His creation. As a result, man has become corrupt in heart. He rejects the true meaning of life and misuses the knowledge of God which confronts him in creation.
Salvation
We believe that salvation is by the sovereign grace of God; that by the appointment of the Father, Christ voluntarily suffered and died, paying the penalty for our sins; that justification is by faith alone in the all sufficient sacrifice and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Kingdom of God
We believe that the Kingdom of God, being Christ’s righteous and universal rule, demands us to respond in loving obedience to our Saviour in the area of education.
The Second Coming
We believe that Jesus Christ shall physically return on the clouds of Glory, at the Father’s appointed time. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust, the eternal punishment of the lost, and the eternal blessedness of the saved.

“When I think back on my time at Rhema, I no longer remember specific days or even moments. Instead, I remember feeling accepted, loved, and cared for. I don’t remember specific math lessons or the books we read. Instead, I remember learning about friendship, faith and forgiveness.
“When I graduated from Rhema, I had a better idea of who I was, and, more importantly, whom I wanted to be. And that, I think, is the greatest lesson Rhema ever taught me.”
“I went to Rhema for an education, and I got it. But I wasn’t just prepared for high school and university; I was prepared to live out my faith in a broken world and to be a part of the solution."
